Ok this thread is a bit scary, there are loads and loads of reasons that someone might need to use lube, even if a person with a vagina is turned on there are a number of factors that can stop then from getting wet such as age, weight, hormone level at the time of the month, birth control etc.

Personally I'm incredibly sensitive to every lube I've tried, liquid silk tends to be ok sometimes but good old fashioned spit is the best thing for me
