I guess being rejected had such an impact on their already sneaky nature and to the point they decided to create a fake profile to get some kind of social interaction by any means necessary.

I have never understood this, I mean webcams, kik, whatsapp, skype and a whole host of other platforms surely means you are going to get caught out so why bother?

It's so annoying we now wont accept friend requests until we meet now and if they want to chat on kik they have to send a short video saying hi Polly and jay which we are happy to reciprocate the amount that have disappeared when theyve been asked that, or got nasty and called us paranoid. We now block them. Or they guy pretends to be the female part of the couple.

Yes fakes have no or little photos or videos, short bio, no verifications etc If people actually read my profile it's far from looking fake!

I’m always wary of couples where suddenly you get chatting and it is the hubby - and he has an odd mix of photos of “ wife or gf” and none of them together

Alarms go off when he suggests a social meet of just the 2 guys

I think there are quite a lot of very Good fake profiles, well verified by a wider network of other fake profiles ...I think it's a kind of hobby for some people , and I don't think it's just single blokes .

I'm sure some geniune new profiles have been lumped in.

I think it's made pretty clear when you join up how to make you profile credible.

If they can't be bothered to do that with all the spare time most have right now.
