I struggle with people who are critical of those here as singles who have partners that don’t know.

If this is a place of liberal and free thinking, I find it a bit judgemental. Unless these same couples are handing swingers flyers out outside the local church, maybe step down of your high horse.

Your thoughts?

I don't know if cheating could be classed as 'liberal and free thinking' but you'll have to accept that they will struggle with you in a similar way that you struggle with them.

If they are criticising you as a response to your initial message, be a bit more careful with whom you make contact.

If they are criticising you randomly, delete, block and move on.

People do judge without knowing facts and both sides of the story in all walks of life.

This site does have it's fair share of judgemental people, just like anywhere else.

If people judge you, just block and move on.

We try to keep an open mind and reserve judgement on strangers where we know nothing about their personal lives.

Swingers are just people they're no more liberal or free thinking than any other section of society. In fact as a group my observation is that they have more entrenched and narrow views than a lot of other groups of people.

*in general* men who are here without their partners knowledge are swinging's pantomime villains, women here without their partners knowledge are the damsel in distress of the swinging world.

I'd say to any man here under those circumstances don't explain or justify your position on the forum, don't publicly blame your partner and just tell the people who need to know.

If you think Swingers are liberal and free thinking then go and have a look round the Politics and Virus forums. You’ll soon change your mind.

Sound advice.

Also *some* women sometimes find married men the best flavour because they don't get clingy.

I've been here more years than I care to count and I genuinely believe there is someone for everyone.

Its your life do as you please...

Strangers aren't in control if it.

Plenty on who would meet without judgement.

Keep going, and all the best x

We had shitty messages from someone's girlfriend and all we did was say hello to her fella in a swinging club and he left us a verification. Anyone who is cheating are wrong no matter if its a male or female, we avoid like the plague. It's also a swinging site, not cheats r us. com.

Sounds like someone has given you a hard time because you’re not traditionally single. Do what you want but be honest at the start then it’s up to them if they wish to move forward with you. Personally I don’t meet cheaters as I do not want any drama. Nothing worse than an angry partner contacting me. Cheaters usually get found out eventually anyway.

If liberal means living free life then single guys shouldn't have any issues opening up with their partners about their swinging lives.

Its not so much about moral high grounds but about the issues which may one has to face at home from their spouses if they found out .

So cheating is different which can be one off and attributed to temptations and weakness. But swinging is altogether a different lifestyle ,if you are hiding it from your spouse then how can you claim to be a liberal ? Why blame others for not accepting you ?

You summed up my thoughts very nicely with this post.

The only thing I slightly disagree with, who is taking the moral high ground, honesty is big in the trust value to us and a moral in our relationship.
