Hi guys. Myself and my fb, are planning a post lockdown party. We have found a couple of large appartments as possible venues. Spoke to fellow fab members to confirm possible interest. Now we want to start getting a rough plan. It's a 10 bed apartment and we curious to here peoples thoughts on numbers, ratios, times, food n drink, do we ask for contributions. And rules to set. Thanks in advance.

And not planning to do this until we as a country get the all clear

I can't speak from experience of irganising a swingers perty, but anything you're going to have to pay upfront then either be prepared to stand the cost yourself or make it clear that anyone who doesn't pay their share upfront in good time won't be able to attend.

Anything that involves trying to corral people into one place at one time and co-ordinate them all is like trying to herd cats.

Oh I have experience with that running clubs and bars with function rooms. Always told those organising a party to only expect about 50% to turn up. Only proved wrong once in 18yrs
