I’ve lost weight during lockdown with eating regular meals at set times and not eating crap and exercising every day. How many other people have lost or gained in weight will be interesting to see.

Got to be a good thing for people to come out of this nightmare fitter and healthier.

Have gained a little as not doing same amount of cardio vascular work ,due to arthritic hips ,normally use exercise bike for 30 mins a day at gym, doing a daily walk but not burning as many calories, plus drinking a little more as well, dont want to buy exercise bike as find hard to train at home and all prices seem to be inflated since virus as do a lot of exercise equipment ,people cashing in on corona, cant see gyms opening until next year unfortunately .

My legs keep taking me to the wine rack despite my protests so despite eating well and exercise I’m still the same!

Probably out on a couple of pounds each. We're exercising, but consuming a bit more calories due to being home

Aww Thankyou. Not to lose weight but to keep toned is the thing for me. But I see slot of people running now that I never saw before so think lockdown has been good for people ...some

Staying the same, no takeaways healthy eating and very little exercise seem to do the trick. Weigh in regularly to keep a tabs on it

Tower Bridge South

No takeaways, no going to the pub after work and enjoying going out on my bike every day. Even in the rain.

Whatever weight I lose I'll probably gain again within a week!

Lost 8llbs since lock down , no naughty things in house to binge on. Walking dog every day and after not being able to run a bath , I’m now up to 4kms every other day - target of 5 in site . Wearing clothes I haven’t worn since I played rugby.....it’s a good feeling and helps to make me want to keep going , another 7 lbs and I’ll have the beach body I would like ( well it least one that stops greenpease covering me in wet towels and trying to pull me back in the sea !!!)
