A question we have been wanting to ask for an age, are couples always 100% confident that they are ready for the first time they swap and has anybody had a change of heart?

We weren't completely sure even after we did it.

we just talked about it and talked about what we felt before, how far we wanted to go, etc etc.

and then we just jumped in head first at a club, did it and talked about it some more after, what we liked, what we didnt, what would be better, what would not happen again etc and developed it over time

and as we changed and our confidence changed so did our limits...

Very important to talk about experiences and to say what you like and dislike each other doing and watching it happen.
