Has anyone ever used their doxy Wand for actual massage ?

I’ve pulled my hamstring amidst this lockdown take up jogging lark , and no matter how I stretch it’s not easing it and I thought of using the Wand for the purpose with which it was designed

Obvs I’d usually turn to the sea of fab masseurs but lockdown and all that prevents me

Bad luck with the injury.

I don't have a Doxy brand, but rather the Lelu XL which I guess is comparible.

The simple answer you seek is, yes, they are fantastic as loosening knots and tightness to increase bloodflow to the worked areas.

Use with confidence and hopefully the discomfort will ease with progressive use
