Hi why is it people join then lead on just to leave the site shortly afterwards. Happened this morning couple joined this morning arrange to meet then vanish. That’s why I left originally. This spoils the site for everyone. Guess this as happened to others ?

We’ve just come back from a break due to exactly that people organise meet then don’t show even had one guy get aggressive because we said we were annoyed he didn’t show

Yeah, far too many fakes and timewasters. But that's the same on just about every site, no matter what you do to try and stop them.

Yes, it's the nature of the internet and the anonymity it offers. But it can also be a good thing as if someone suddenly doesn't feel safe in a chat with someone else they can stop the contact instantly.
