Because they've nowhere for us to park our zimmer frames once we get to theirs and not all of their homes have Stannah stairlifts. Perhaps?

I remember when I was 18 thinking a girl I got off with was old, she was 23 ??

Not true. If I find someone attractive I find them attractive. I prefer ‘older women’ and that is what I use this site for, predominantly.

The reaction I get, often, is ‘why don’t you go for someone your own age?’ Or ‘I’m too old for you’ I often think what you mean is, I’m too young for you, because you’re definitely not too old for me!

If they don't want to meet that age group they aren't missing anything. We don't want to meet people in certain age groups it's a choice we've made.

Certainly we've had fewer messages and requests to meet since we've turned 60 but we expected it. Lots of people don't want to meet our age group and we understand that.

It’s easy to judge by age alone. But there are people 20 years younger than us that are not in as good shape!

It isn’t that, from the younger persons perspective, yes there is probably no issue. For people who are parents with children the same age, there can be mental barriers to overcome! Not saying it’s impossible, we had some fun with a couple in a club who were probably in their 20’s and it just happened naturally.

That isn't why we say it. The harsh truth is that having children of that age means we know what their attitude to older people and sex is and we find that it doesn't sit well with us. Of course we know that not everyone of that age thinks that way but enough do to put us off.
