Nobody knows the relationship you have with them. Only you can determine if it's a good or bad move. If in doubt, don't but if you're all grown up enough to see it as just sex fun then why not.

what happens when you decide one way or the other shes not for you or you for her, that will create a very awkward working life

Decide for yourselves what your position is as a couple.

Decide whether it's worth the very real risks that could come with it.

Then, if you want it, find out (extremely carefully) whether she's game
