It depends what you want it for. It won't achieve any permanent enlargement but can be useful in assisting with the treatment of erectile dysfunction. If you want enlargement, your options are basically surgery (which is very risky) or losing weight if overweight

If you want to know if it's likely to increase size permanently, it's worth doing a search for any research that's been done and the results. I don't think there's great evidence.

Cock rings are used by a fair few guys to keep themselves harder for longer, as they restrict blood flow.

Cockrings used in conjunction with pumping works incredibly well for me.

I also like to wear cockrings anyway as I like the constricted feeling it gives.

It temporarily engorged your cock more and with a cock ring can provide a bit of temporary extra girth (doesn’t affect the length. The cock ring makes your cock harder, but I don’t particularly last any longer. I wouldn’t wear the cock ring after for longer than half an hour.
