Profile disappeared

Hi just wondering how I can check if an account is genuine. Been chatting for 2 days getting on really well and then tonight suddenly all messages sent and received have disappeared.

Happened to us the other day and the user had been on here a whole hour swapped messages and then all trace vanished because he left the site.

Have you picture verified your single profile? If you haven't, chances are Admin have hidden it until you do.
