Hi, is anyone else having problems becoming member on here? I keep sending the message swing to 79100 but nothing happens? Used to work fine for me now I dont know why its stopped?

I'm not too sure if SWING needs to be Capital letters.? That's what I always text

Could it be your phone network stopping you getting premium rate text messages ?

I have caps on my phone and restricted from using premium rate numbers so I cant go over my tariff. I use my house phone to upgrade. Cost the same as doing it by text.

Pretty sure it has to be in CAPS

Do you have a cap on your phone.

When I upgraded my phone recently, I was asked if I wanted to put a cap on it

Could also be an issue with your service provider regarding restricted numbers

What provider are you with? Sky mobile doesn't support premium texts so some others probably don't either.
