Winks

Are these really used much, or responded to, I see a lot of profiles that say they ignore them. Also, am sure a short message is better than a wink? Some people complain about lack of effort in a short message, but wink has got to be worse? Or should I be winking much more?!

Like being between a rock and a hard place? I suppose you could do both after reading their profile?

I actually don't know what to do with a wink. Most are from another country so I ignore them. Ones that I like the look of I'll fab a pic and sometimes send a message, but it's usually just 'hi, how are you?' So that probably gets ignored because a lot of people don't like those short messages. I'm very confused!!

Never ever look at winks.

Unsolicited friend requests are ignored too

I used to send friend requests to winkers. That obviously went down a treat. Lol. Don't do that now.

If a profile says they don’t respond to winks, don’t wink ?

We like them as an icebreaker.

Never just bother winking a single lady, couples worth it now and again but read their profile 1st. Some do state no winkers

A wink is a good way to gauge interest and then move on to messages from there. However we don't respond to winks from single guys and an unsolicited friend invite from one is an instant block.

You'd be surprised how many guys don't read the profile

I'm so easy. Messages, winks, friend requests - anything gets my attention.
