why can't we view a profile of a couple we are talking to on our singles account on our couples account we just get can't view profile could be they blocked by admin, we blocked by them or we have blocked them... neither of us have blocked each other and want to add each other to our friends on our couples account as we have tham on our singles can anyone please help ?

check your filters, you may be blpocking them that way
