Sometimes this lifestyle and a relaxed attitude to sex can make me forget how other people can get hung up over stuff.

I got pretty d*unk Friday night and had sex with a guy I’d just met. To me, that was just a fun night.

To him, it seems, it’s filled him with guilt. He was supposed to be going on a first date with a girl he’s been flirting with for sometime last night and didn’t go because of the guilt. I didn’t know anything about that until this morning.

Oops. Butterfly effect

That's his problem, not yours.

If hes full of guilt, then he shouldnt have shagged you in the first place.

Blimey, that's some guilt! I didn't even think that way before we got in to swinging.

The poor chap.

Did he tell the girl he had been flirting with the reason he cancelled the date ?

"Did he tell the girl he had been flirting with the reason he cancelled the date ?"

Well, texting via messenger, he initially said to me he cancelled because he was hung over...... it became clearer as the conversation progressed that guilt was a bigger factor.

What's he guilty about? He's made no emotional commitment to the person he was going on the date with, unless he'd already made it in his head. The only commitment he had made was to go on a date and he broke that!

Exactly. Personally, I don’t see the problem. To me it was just an exciting, rather d*unken, encounter bent over a wall.
