Why are we attracting older couples

Hi guys

Just a quick bit of advice needed. Most of the attention we are getting for the last couple of months have been from the slightly older side of the spectrum even tho our preferences are up to 49. It's flattering as hell and we have been speaking to a couple that are fantastic company but for us the physical side just isn't there with older couples. We feel terrible when we have to say that too. Is there something about our profile that makes us stand out to the older crowd? We are just a bit confused by it at the min

You can pit age filters on which works. We have.

We tend to attract older couples as well not sure why. But we dont mind older couples but looks do play a factor in that choice.

Set your message filters to block anyone outside your age range - that way the awkward conversation never has to start lol! Just a small point, but your last couple of veris are from those over your age limit - might lead others to believe you’re flexible towards age. Best of luck xx J

A lot won’t read profiles, maybe put your “Lastly” bit as a “Firstly”?

Might cut them down a touch then. You can block based on age but we’ve never really found it necessary. You might also find that some are not couples & are guys pretending seeking out “innocent newbies”. To do the old pic swap boogie

The last veris were from a couple of fwb we met that are amazing people. We didn't play but we class them as true friends now.

As others have said, set your filters to block those outside your age preferences. It is a bit annoying that only one half of a couple has to be within for them to be able to message though, you should be able to block them too.

Agree with you there!! We find couples with male halfs older than our top end still get through because she is younger.

Thanks guys, most who have been contacting us at from mid 50s up to mid 70s. Seems strange to us that that's the demographic that's attracted to us. Not saying it's a bad thing but it's not for us. I may be 47 but Rhiannon is only 35 so 50s to 70s is just a little much for her and it's getting us a little down that so few in our preferred and stated range are contacting us

It's probably just coincidence, if you want to avoid the awkwardness just mention it in the first reply - hi thanks for messaging happy to chat but you are outside pur age range for play. If they then just want to be friends then thats all fine and dandy

And as a couple outside your range don't let ppl say you should change just for them.

He's entitled to his opinion guys, the rest of you are awesome. I hope he looks back and realises that comments like that can damage people more than make them or others laugh.

I have serious self image issues anyway but luckily my wife is stunningly beautiful and supports me every step of the way. She's had issues with her weight ( as I said I think she's stunning) so this has set her back months.

I do wish you well tho. And pray you age well and stay healthy

What a lovely couple you are. You’re the type of people that make Fab a pleasure.

And we all have our issues but I will say hand on heart that you have no need. You’re a lovely looking couple and your wife has a fabulous body.

You will find the right people on here and when you do it’s more than worth it. Good luck to you both xx

whats wrong with older couples/guys. . at least they have more experience . . . There has to be an attraction,a desire, an excitement and often a certain age(too young or too old) is unattractive to many. Its a preference,.. I won't play with people I don't find attractive.

We won't play with people we don't find attractive especially Yasmin with females, but mostly it's not about age and because we still look younger than our years we still attract young people , we are more attracted to body size and faces.. but everyone has their preferences .

Think a lot of it is to do with the guys being close to her father's age that she can't get past. Personality is much more important than looks to us but there still has to be an attraction and there just hasn't been at that age difference. There is nothing wrong with older couples, it's just not our thing.

Just reading through all the comments the one thing that occurred to me was that it feels you are waiting for couples to message you and not being proactive yourself... Of course that could just be you haven't mentioned that side of it...

Some people will always ignore preferences and the only way you can stop that is to block as others have said.
