Video calls app without phone number?

Does anyone know of an app that does video calling without having to give your mobile number? I used to use kik but they have stopped video calls.

Can have as many Skype names as you want. Doesn't require a phone number.

Kik cam was great but RIP although never as good quality as Skype.

The app is easy to use. Just swap code and off you go
