Can someone kindly answer this curiosity!! Why do so many people take ‘selfies’ in front of (and in some cases open) toilets? I find it quite bizarre as to why! defo not a ‘turn on’. Just your thoughts please.

Dont get this either! You take a pic, inspect it if your stuff is in full view.

I always make a face when I see a pic with a toilet in background, esp an open one. Dont even get me started on seeing a urinal in the background!

Given that a lot of "toilet" pictures are mirror shots, I guess the proximity of the mirror might be a reason.

It's not something I'd include in a photo myself, but I do love seeing toilets in womens' pictures! And even better if they are sitting on it!

Don't get me started on the ones either taken while ON the toilet or, worse, a bird's eye view of their dick hanging over the toilet bowl while standing. Why?!

Think companies should cash in and release remotes that vary in size so guys can feel much better about their dick pic.

I take a photo in the ladies (NEVER in the cubicle) as apart from reception, it’s the only other place I can take pic of myself in the club that has good lighting.

I always make sure no other ladies are present in toilets when taking photo.

This post made me giggle

Then brought back vivid memories of a picture I once saw of a lady squatting knickerless on her kitchen table

In the back ground you could clearly see a dirty cat litterbox

A zoom proved it was very full.

Instantly a few things popped into my head..

1. Cats dont like it use dirty boxes hence what was the rest of the place like !!

2. How the hell didn't she smell it (her nose was even pointing that way)

3. What a Shame a hot lady went from a 8 to zero in a heart beat just because of something in the back ground and I can never shake that image now years on .

It did make me always check the background in my own shots though !!

For a home bathroom perhaps for those in those circumstances. Not a urinal though as most ordinary homes don't come complete with them I'd have thought, unless the pair in question owns a pub.

See I can understand it if they're out with their mates and think "I look boss in my going out gear...but I'll look like a bit of a tit stood there posing and taking multiple shots while I'm waiting to be served at the bar..."

But all the same, either check your angle so the urinal isn't in shot or blur the buggers out?

Even on vanilla dating sites, the number of selfies taken in toilets astounds me.

I appreciate it is well lit and has a big mirror, but even so.

As they are vanilla pictures, I assume that someone who has all selfies on a profile has no friends, or won't admit that they are trying online dating.

P.s. I've just got a DSLR, and want to practice using it, so would love to meet anybody who wants some photos taken.

I think pics in toilets are awful as well as those dick pics with pants and trousers around the ankles (how bloody lazy is that?!!!) and objects of size reference alongside said knob! These profiles are an instant turn off to me and require the delete button lol.

I always scan the picture for cleanliness/untidiness etc and it’s amazing what you can see in a pic! If someone can’t tidy or clean around them I shudder to think what their personal hygiene levels are like

As a retired bathroom fitter I have several brand new loos in boxes in my garage.....

I think I’ll get one out. Cut a thick branch from a tree and pop it in the pan as a ‘log’ and my next few pics will be with it in the background wherever I take my pictures.

Be it in the lounge, the kitchen, bedroom, the garden, the car...... wherever
