So I’ve just arrived at a house we’re in carrying out some work, the lady of the house has told me she’s been sleeping on the sofa for a while because her husband was cheating and he is refusing to leave, bottom line is she is attractive and has told me lots of information, how do I go about making a move, this is happening right now so any advice would be amazing!

She sounds vulnerable - leave well alone

I wouldn't personally. Feels like I'd be taking advantage of a vulnerable woman. If the woman was to make a move then I would possibly view the situation different

If she's making moves, suggest she plays his game.
