"Speak to a health professional but it is a low risk activity. I do a lot more oral sex than your average person... and have never contracted anything. There is a risk but I educated myself to the risks and decided it was one I was prepared to take. " Ditto. I (Mr) am now in my 60's. I've been licking pussy for pretty much all of my adult life (and plenty of them ) and I've even sucked an occasional cock here and there. While I hate to tempt fate, as yet absolutely nothing.

"From the NHS website: There is growing evidence that an increasing proportion of cancer is caused by HPV infection in the mouth. Around 1 in 4 mouth cancers and 1 in 3 throat cancers are HPV-related, but in younger patients most throat cancers are now HPV-related. The types of HPV found in the mouth are almost entirely sexually transmitted, so it's likely that oral sex is the primary route of getting them. There are more than 100 types of HPV and around 15 are associated with cancers. These 15 are known as high-risk HPV types." There are vaccinations for this if anyone is reading. I got vaccinated against this and Hepatitis A & B, please do the same

"There is a woman on here who states in her profile that she will only engage in safe sex including a condom with oral. I found it really refreshing to be honest! It’s not for us mind you but it really stuck out to me!"

The age limit is essentially in place due to financial and social reasons - that you’ve theoretically already been exposed to the virus and the vaccine needs to be taken before exposure. However, since there are many high risks types, you would still get the benefit of the vaccine if only exposed to one or two, since Gardasil 9 covers several types (both high and low risk). What price can you put on peace of mind? J
