A polite way out

Hello all, I'm a guy that enjoys giving oral to woman and not encountered any problems before. However recently I found myself in a bit of a predicament. During my latest endeavour to please someone there was a very unpleasant taste. As a considerate person I continued what I was doing because I didn't want to make her uncomfortable or feel embarrassed.

My question is... What would you have done and is there a polite way about confronting this?

Your response depends on how well you know the lady, hopefully it bacteial vaginosis can cause a disturbance in PH balance.

I am sure she would appreciate a gentle heads up, you don't have to say she tasted bad, maybe say something didn't taste right. At least you will of brought it to her attention.

there's no way to tell a woman she tastes unpleasant without her feeling at least embarrassed.

I've never been in this situation being a straight woman but I'm inclined to think that if I was I'd say nothing.

Tangy/Bitter very hard to describe. It was quite potent and like a said odorless so maybe she used a product or lotion of some kind? I'm not sure

It might have just been her natural taste or she may have eaten some bad food the day before.

I wouldn't mention it personally because if it doesn't smell then it's unlikely to be an infection/bv or because shes unclean and all you stand to do is make her feel self conscious about it

Along the lines of a heavier tasting IPA? Could be a slight pH imbalance, more acidic than usual...nothing serious though.

A coppery, metallic taste would suggest she was very close to having her period.

All perfectly normal, the pH balances and tastes change naturally through a woman's cycle.

If you don't like the taste, but there's no smell, it suggests theres nothing wrong persay, like BV, so I would think bringing it up with her wouldn't be necessary...just change it up ans switch to fingers next time, if you don't want to continue!

I always use my fingers first, then take a very, very subtle sniff and taste. Then go from there. You must be subtle though!

When I was a dyke I only went down on women I was really really into. Most just didn't taste or smell nice. It was predominantly for safe sex reasons. One excuse I made was that I was allergic to cunty secretions!

I fisted and used my strap on a lot. Excuse yourself, have a drink/swirl in the bathroom then do something else.
