I've noticed a LOT of long timers post their face photos in their profiles..

After I posted mine I get a lot more respectful messages that actually make more sense. I get zero messages saying "I know who you are".

How did posting a face pic public impact your profile and inbox?

for a man it is expected that you have a face picture. Or you then to find no one speak to you ??

Theres a few folk Ive met or seen in clubs that have a face pic on here and look nothing like their picture, mainly down to Instagram face filters.

Job would make it impossible to show my face without the 'disguise' of make up. Especially in such a small town.

I change my profile pic regularly and have no problem putting face pic on. When face pic is on show i do tend to get more replies to my messages even if it’s a polite “no thank you”

I am not ashamed of my life either but hide my face as need my job. I would be sacked if recognised due to the line of work i am in.

Totally get that - I would be too yet some people really believe that we're just making it up & it shouldn't matter.

No it shouldn't matter but it does sadly - the day I retire is the day my face pic goes live!

I posted mine by accident as my profile pic one day a friend pointed it out to me. I took it down really fast lol. If someone I know finds out I'm on here I'm not that bothered really I'm single and not doing anything wrong. But at the same time I don't know if I'd ever put it up on purpose for all to see.
