Would loose the handyman statment at the bottom.

Even though it states you are not looking for sexual favors in return it does have that vibe about it.

You've got all the good stuff in there, but I find it quite long and wordy.

You could get the same good points across in half the words with a bit of editing.

And more paragraph breaks would be easier on the eye.
