You could look at designing your own logo as some great software out on the market which are easy to use. I use affinity for all my design stuff.

Don't use the freelance sites.

just stock vectors that most people have

Companies in areas have loads of employees churning out logos all day.

A professional will always ask about your business from concept to the future.

As for media program. Always use Adobe. Industry standard the best to use regarding graphics. Free trail I think 14 days. Adobe creative suite.

Have a bespoke stand out logo it's so important.

Canva is really good for designing your own stuff for free. Have used it to design business cards, resumés and my friend's business logo
