Photos rejected

It looks like a screenshot, or a photo-of-a-photo. We can only accept the original. Read photo rules.

We have tried to upload new photos not rude or anything like that just face photos that have been rejected we are photo verified and it is us anybody I can approach regarding this.

No they are photos taken from a digital camera on to the computer

must add one was previously on our profile and deleted by accident we try to load it back on and it was rejected !!

Admins usual advice is leave the rejected photos in your gallery and contact them from the contact button to ask them to look again.

This has happened to me on a few different occasions in the past, I've just left it a while and uploaded them again , and they have been accepted.

Maybe they are also on other sites. You can serch to find out if phitos are elsewhere, Google does it and a few other tools can do it.

The amount of photos that are uploaded, not long to check each one.

This, but I didn’t wait just uploaded again straight away and it was accepted. But that uses your daily allowance. So if you’re worried about that, then leave on page and contact admin. They are good and will sort quickly x

Thanks for all your advice we have deleted the photos but will try again and then contact admin if they get rejected they are only face pictures and we are photo verified so can not see the problem with them and it does use up your allowance for the day if it is rejected I think it should not be counted.
