Like crazy diamond said, music, a good walk, (fresh air, walk in the country/greenery), dark chocolate, flirting, sex, all help xx

I play 3 good things. I think of 3 good things. It could be as simple as a cup of tea and liking my socks and at least the dog loves me. I keep thinking of 3 more until I’ve shifted it. I also find starting and finishing something helps, baking, rearranging a drawer, a project I’ve meant to finish. It gives me a boost of accomplishment that helps flip it. And music . It's the walking that does the most good. Releases endorphins. Combine that with uplifting music and it can work wonders

I’m thinking of washing my hair in a hot shower then soaking in my bath. Glass of wine and continue the tunes.

Listen to Lizzo! She always makes me feel like an absolute boss! Her lyrics are so empowering and just generally remind me of my self-worth and to appreciate my damn self. And watch cute/funny dog videos on YouTube. My fave channels are Tucker Budzyn, Charlie the Golden 18 and mayathepolarbear. Impossible not to be in a better mood after watching a few of those!

Depends on what caused it really. A good session of hot sex can leave you feeling low a day or two later as can a Dom/sub session. The release of endorphins creates a high and you can get a crash from it. Chocolate usually helps.

It depends entirely on your particular 'triggers'- is it a response to stressors or is there an underlying issue?

Exercise and diet are mid term fixes, but having positive people around you is the key in the short term.
