I know this is probably not the place to ask this, but anyway I will.

I work with a younger woman, 28 years younger than me, and to be honest I fancy the pants off her.

Not really sure where to go with this, don't want to look creepy, or freak her out, but I would love to see her outside of work. Any ideas? advice?

Husband and I have met at work. He's 30 years my senior. I could see he fancied me but never dared to ask or say anything. I took the first step (thanked him for making coffee for me, kissed him on the lips and walked out leaving him standing in the kitchen in disbelief). The rest is history.

Talk to her, ask her out for a drink. She can only say no thanks in the worst case.

28 years younger is a bit of a catch if you prefer younger women .if I was you i would go for it m8. I prefer more mature women myself but hey each to their own lol

When I was with my ex I had a lovely long affair with a woman 25 years younger from my workplace. We both had a lot of fun. It does make me smile when older men use these tired lines “The men your age are too busy watching porn.” “The men your age don’t know how to treat a woman.” “The men your age have no experience.”

I’ve met, had sex and dated both older men & men my own age (20s) and from personal experience there is absolutely no correlation in regards to age, I’ve met men double my age who want to treat women like a fuck toy, and men my own age who could teach the older ones some new tricks!
