Verifications not working

I have be verified but still cant manage my verifications.

logged onto a computer to see if its y mobile device but it isn't.

why can't i verify anyone or manage my verifications.

Because you have only been photo verified.

To manage verifications you have to have the green tick. Meet in person or cam verification.
