Hello guys and girls.

So im really wanting to start going to clubs but my anxiety is holding me back! What is the best way to introduce myself into the scene?

Norwich

Start by going to socials near the club you want to eventually attend. That way you will likely already know some of the attendees at the club.

Try to attend socials before, if you think it will help meet people who attend the club you’re thinking of attending.

Or just find nights where there typically quieter nights, potentially mid week or lesser known. Message the managers / owners.

It’s not a ‘walk in and you’re in the middle of an orgy’ activity (most of the time!), so just treat it as a evening out with a twist. Stay social and positive and respect all rules and you’ll be fine.

We are regular club goers and firstly would say there's no need for nerves. Just go with the sole intention of chatting to people. Be happy and friendly and try to talk to as many folk as you can. You'll soon get the idea of whether people are interested in you, but expect nothing and you'll never be disappointed.

I agree with this, i have been to club nights and just enjoyed peoples company and i have also been to nights when it gets really messy and hectic sexually... Just take it as it is- just a private social club

Clubs can sound intimidating but weve always found them open and welcoming. If you go with no expectations just to socialise be yourself. Dont be pushy and arrogant then you will have a great time all clubs have social areas for people to break the ice. There is definitely nothing to be worried about.

Manchester (she/her)

Find a club with a reputation for being welcoming and friendly (Club SX in Blackpool is the best I've been to), and go on a quiet night. Go with the expectation of socialising and maybe seeing some unusual sexual things. Don't put pressure on yourself.

Stoke area

There is a FREE social event in Stoke Sept 10th. It's being held in a swingers club, so you can have a look around and ask questions without any membership or commitment. Also chance to meet other swingers, get verified and have a fun evening.

That sounds ideal for you.
