I have no idea what happens when you go on to the chat roo.

can you just join a cam or do you have to arrange it with someone.

also does the viewing person see you as soon as you see them on the cam?

If someone is showing their cam you only have to click on it to view. They will be aware that you are watching because an eyeball icon is shown next to your name in the room list.

Mostly it’s lots of single men wanking, the male half of couples wanking, a few couples seemingly watching TV, some empty, unmade beds and a couple of women showing their cleavages or tops of their heads whilst they have a fag.
