no cure mister, best advice drink plenty of fluids if you've got rehydration salts take them, for future reference if you know you're going large mix them up before you go out and drink on your return that way your body is hydrating itself while youre sleeping..

Clear fluids(2 litres over 2-3 hrs),400mgs ibuprofen and lansoprozole/omeprazole if you have them.

Just had two all day sessions Friday and Saturday, did similar and woke up the next morning, no hangover no bad stomach. I had two bottles of Lucozade Revive next to the bed for when I got in.
