this has to be done correctly. Too many think it's, easy. You never ever force a, sounding rod inside you if there is any resistance you need to stop because you can do damage to your urethral wall. Everyone is different. Some can take large diameter rods and some can't. I've been doing sounding over 30 years. I've been used for many demos in the past as I can take large rods. I'm now onto the guyon sounds. These are extreme and certainly should be avoided by any novice or newbie. The rods need to be fully sterile at all times. Play safe, and they can be fun

I've given and received. It's an acquired sensation for me personally, not unpleasant but scares the hell outta me so I end up staying very very still during. Orgasming with a sound in is quite a challenge, but ridiculously intense.

When giving I've found it can bring on guys orgasm remarkably quick. Sometimes intentionally, others not so much.

Obviously be aware of sterilisation and lubrication and the fact men and women's urethras are different lengths so I find different techniques work better on each gender.
