IF they chose to have sex, it is not prostitution.

If they make you pay ‘extra’, then, yes.

Charging for time, is not prostitution.

Yes it is against rules to ask for payment for sex.

A contribution towards hotel cost or for a house party is ok so long as they are reasonable.

Reality is it is up to you if you want to pay.

They can’t as then they are no longer a swinging site. They will become like adult work then certain things have to be put in place. Passport is - age verification etc

What is the point ? Fab is a social meeting site. What benefit is their linking to escort / Porn sites. Makes no sense tbh for the business. Unless they was going all in trying to monetise traffic into cam sites / tubes traffic. At this point they will prob lose the core of actual swingers and just become a glorified portal forum of sorts.

Swinging is swinging. Escorting is escorting. Porn is Porn Swinging is at odds to a degree with commercial sex work . I am in adult industry and this site is purely fun , to cross contaminate would take away some of that imo .
