I've just been given a mouthful after I deleted a guys message without replying to him.

Annoying I know but as a single f on here the amount of invites, winks and messages are ridiculous! I'm trying to get through them but it's quite honestly hard work.

Fab is not my be all and end all and while I understand it must be frustrating I just dont have the time to answer every single one.

Block, and report if they were really vile or abusive.

I know what you mean - messages of that sort are an immediate delete from me, though I'll always send a polite 'thanks but no' to those who have made an effort with their message, whether they're m,f or couple.

Unfortunately I learnt the hard way to be more handy with the block button. When a polite rebuff is sent there's usually a barrage of 'you're so fucking rude', 'why not, you must be desperate'...etc.

Amazing how quickly a 'you're so hot, I love curves' turns into 'you're just a fag slag'!

It's depressing, but there are some diamonds to be found amongst the gravel in my experience

I have so many unread and deleted messages so the way I see it you have to respect the other person's position - it's ultimately an unsolicited message so to demand a response and go on the attack is simply childish. This is very true. I've had the same couples and men message me on both profiles before, they give a polite response on the couples one and abuse on the single one. I've actually copied and pasted the abusive messages and sent them to the sender from the couples profile to highlight the difference in attitude from the sender towards women. Because as a couple there may be a man reading it, they are forced to be polite, no such restraint on a single females profile.

Both parties are here to look for each other. It will be easier to block receiving messages from single guys,just like we do.

It’s impossible to reply to all and if they really aren’t your type or haven’t read your profile to see they aren’t your type you don’t gave to justify why you deleted their message

Single male filter will work. If you put the single male filter on it is impossible for them to email you. Once you do that you can emali the one(s) who catch your eye. They can respond if you email first.

Sadly decent single males got blocked because the couple or single female do not know if you are an idiot who will get upset when told no thanks.

Far easier for them to block all people they are not interested in. It saves getting abuse and saves getting another email in a few weeks or months because the sender forgot he had already emailed them.

Sadly decent single males got blocked because the couple or single female do not know if you are an idiot who will get upset when told no thanks.

Nah, some get blocked because all men are fair game to some people.

If I get a no thanks or an ignite, I sigh, delete, block and move on.

I'm guessing they don't have anything to chat about with that particular person. They could be 'clicking' with someone else. Sometimes conversation flows naturally with one person and becomes stilted and awkward with someone else
