The photos need rearranging, plus there are two identical one. If a close-up a big penis looks at me as soon as I click on Photos, I block straight away.

Lose the key word people have to write in the subject line. Besides the fact that you do not seem so popular you have no time for those who don't, the text you are suggesting is crass and no one will want your anything before they have at least had a conversation with you. Although of course your target audience is very different, but maybe try to expand it. Attract more different people by having a more tasteful profile.
