I've started using pharmaceutical grade sildenafil and I can't believe how well it works. One 100mg pill gives me the best erections I've ever had and lasts for around 2 days. I'm so happy with the results and so is my Mrs.

Priapism is VERY VERY rare condition. You might as well advise someone to google “deaths on slippery pavements” before they go for a walk in the rain. Sildenafil is an approved drug and though at the upper level 100mg is acceptable doseage.

All ED medications do require the user to be knowledgeable about their effects. The easiest way is consult your doctor but you can use google but use reliable sources not ill informed opinions given on internet forums.

The op claims the impact of sildenafil for them lasts several days, unfortunately its half life of the drug is only 4 hours so this is unlikely. Tadalafil (Cialis) does last several days so if anyone is after a longer lasting ED medication then this is the one you should research.

I’ve tried it took 100mg tablet Fair enough I had a bigger erection than usual and it stayed hard longer but the side effects headache and indigestion were unbearable so only take a quarter of a tab now if I have to without any side effects

The curious thing about sildenafil

That people don't understand.

Is that if you don't have erectile dysfunction they don't do anything. They used to advise that.

Me being me, took them as a test. Four 100mg over the period of a few hours. a few times. Did literally nothing

There are many ways they can work.

If you're in porn, and need erections, yr obviously fucking until you drop. So they work.

Over tiredness. So they work.

So on and so forth.

Now I'm older they work better. But give me a crazy headache.

So now I dont bother.

They're a useful tool and if you're happy with the results..

This post is wrong and dangerous.

400mg in a few hours could lower blood pressure to a critical level.

You don't have to have ED to feel the benefits of taking the drug.

Advice to anyone who is concerned is see a doctor first and start at 25mg and work up.

I’ve started occasional use of 50mg - i don’t have problems getting hard without it, but it keeps me much harder and bigger for much longer. I feel the benefit through the following day too, starting with amazing morning erections that I haven’t enjoyed since I was a teenager!

Partner loves our prolonged sucking and fucking sessions - she is also a fan!

Same problem with most taking drugs, seen as a quick fix and so lack of understanding driven by immediate satisfaction leads to dangers.

I get 4 x100mg Viagra on repeat private prescription from my doctor if I get them in Morrisons cost £6 for the 4 tabs but in Boots for some reason they charge about £10. Ive not suffered any headache problems but severe hearburn is bloody awful so i take some Gaviscone at same time and that seems to work . Also i cut each tablet in 3 and works fine at least I know im getting the proper legit stuff and at £6 you probably cudnt buy from a dodgy online pharmacist anyway

Sildemax gave me the worst acid reflux it actually did me some damage almost like a hiatus hernia, that took nearly two years to go away.

Definitely take smaller half or third doses to begin with.

The pricing seems very confusing....Viagra connect 4x50 mg in Boots/Lloyds is £19.95.

50 or 100mg definitely still has an effect for me the following day. Not the exact same effect ie bigger erections, though, however it does improve my ability to delay orgasm essentially as long as I want through muscle control.

In general the main use of viagra/sildenafil for me was been more about treating PE rather than ED. I had ED as a result of nerves due to PE issues. Sildenafil in small doses somehow just allows me way more conscious control over the muscle group(s) that allow me to, in the words of Frankie in Hollywood "Relax, don't do it, when you wanna come".

The fact that I can now identify that there's some kind of muscle control issue here means that with practise I should be able to control that group without external help and I'm better than I was but I'm still only halfway there.

Due to ED issues, I use Sildenafil. The only problem I find however, is whilst it is somewhat effective within 45-60 minutes of taking a tablet, I get much better and longer lasting results 10-12 hours after taking a tablet.

My Doc says that the drug isn't an all better cure for everyone; this drug works in different ways with different people.

He won't change me onto any alternative as my existing Medicines regime could be compromised.

So, I usually have to plan meets carefully.

This is true in some cases but most meds carry some kind of side effects. I've had no issues at all... Just massive, long lasting, quick repeating erections.

Don't agree with this.

Firstly you might be able to get an erection but blue pills make them harder to the extent that a woman can feel the difference. This becomes more apparent as you get older.

Secondly there may be times when mr happy will let you down. Stress, exhaustion, stage fright... when the doubt sets in then it's a vicious circle. Blue pills don't just have a chemical effect but also psychological confidence.

Sildenafil does work but works best on a empty stomach (doesnt work too well if youve eaten).

It also does wonders for the mental causes of ed which are probably much more common than physical causes and also become a self fulfilling prophecy.

It can delay/stop ejaculation although doesnt mean you don't orgasm.

However i find the next day i have been crazy horny so effects can last longer than 4 hrs with the 100mg pill. Does make flushed and can cause a headache too.
