Hello, this thread is aimed at you laydeez. I'm just wondering if you could help me to understand something.

I'm interested to know what the main profile picture of the last few men you had meaningful conversations with are like.

Were the pictures hot? Were they face pics? Body pics? Dick pics? What was the man wearing? Did the pic even matter?

I'm trying to gauge how important the main profile pic is, and which types of pics attract women the most.

What I know so far is that women are generally put off completely with a dick pic as the main profile pic.

I'm very curious and keen to learn - I'm sure many other guys would love to know more too. The info will be used for my personal self-improvement programme!

For those of you who don't want to share this info, that's cool, I understand.

I've not had a meaningful conversation on here with anybody in a very long time.

Most of the messages are from to files with absolutely no profile or pictures, or the actual content of the message might be less than 4 words and sometimes they'll be words I don't even understand, I can't even call it text speak they are just misspelled text speak possibly. A quality message from somebody with an interesting profile picture would be fabulous especially if they had read my profile and respect my interests. It just doesn't seem to happen like that on here for me.

If they have got a profile picture most of them are close-up cock shots, I actually prefer no picture to that.

neither are going to get a reply anyway as I wouldn't waste their time by replying to somebody who I I felt had sent me junk mail.

if you are looking for tips of how to stand out, I don't feel it's difficult at all.

Have some creative interesting and alluring pictures on your profile, none of which feature close up cock shots. Write informative. profile text telling people about you and what you are looking to achieve by using the site, before you send the message read their profile and explain what you have in common in your message.

That my opinion is literally all it takes to stand out.

I might be an exception to the rule.

A cock as a profile pic doesn't necessarily bother me but isn't a good first impression.

then I don't mind cock pics at all per say, it's like looking at bread down the bakery aisle.

But Is that the best you can do comes to mind.

But it's the quirky artist ones that leave you guessing that do it.

And I second torso pics especially hairy ruby type ones

Interesting... I've actually been away from this site for three years and only recently come back to it. Years ago though, I made a lot of fem-friends from this site and I used to ask them about this sort of thing. They'd show me their messages, etc and lament bout the high numbers of weirdos on here. The knowledge which they gave me gave me a big advantage at the time. Knowledge is power I guess.

I do remember though that generally, sending a dick pic was an instant delete/block.

Something taken with a clear background, that is not cluttered by washing or anything that distracts from the main focus of the picture. The main focus I would say for me- three-quarter length picture, shirt with buttons undone on a crisp shirt, or possibly a wet T-shirt, or jeans and a belt open and no clothes on top.

Or maybe pictures of enjoying your pursuits, if you like swimming, rock-climbing even relaxing with a glass of wine. Maybe creative angles, or something in black and white. If you happy to show face pictures something with a happy or mischievious expression.

Your profile should show who you are, so if it is a cock pic it shows you are a dick, (my opinion only).

If it is a guide to an insight into your personality, how you dress, what you enjoy, what there is that is special or interesting about you, then fabulous. If your profile says nothing, then there really is nothing to be interested in.

I often think clubs should maybe offer a photo night. Maybe get a professional photographer in and help people build up a nice portfolio of flattering pictures. I’m sure I’m not the only one who struggles doing it on my own!

I don't think there's a straightforward answer to this one...

If you're active on site but hoping to attract women to your profile, you need a good profile pic, in my experience, a black and white torso shot works well

If you're sending out lots of messages, a have decent profile pic will help for sure, but attaching a couple of images to your message is wise I think, face pic, maybe a full body shot (no penis) or something funny

If most of your contact is from the forums, it's not really that important I don't think. People get to know you and there are regular threads for those who want to share pics.

Ultimately I think a good profile pics help! But it is possible to be successful on fab without one.

The guys that I've chatted with have had a good range of photos that clearly showed the guy's physique - so most of their body was shown. Many included a face pic as an extra with a message, if they didn't have it on their profile.

If I can see that someone is physically attractive, then it's an easier starting position. Several photos of how you look, including some having your upper body, minimum, exposed, lets me grasp if you're the type of guy who'd potentially be great to meet.

Where pics are thin on the ground, bodies are largely fully clothed or large parts of them are somehow obscured: such as when a guy includes other people in his pics, with the others obliterating the guy, or he's a minor bit part player, there's little to excite but plenty to discourage. The same with poor lighting - don't have an ultra high definition, brightly lit cock pic but a low definition, shadowy pic of your body, as I'd prefer to see as well as if we were meeting in person.

The guys I've been speaking with recently have all presented a good range of pics and they've all been clear - probably all taken with camera phones.

You can always upload the new pics, if you're uncertain and guage the response from viewers - which are they liking, fabbing etc, or which ones get the better success rates, when included in opening messages. You can always retire pics that aren't perhaps the better perceived ones, into your private pics area.
