Couple profile needs to change to single

Any ideas what I can do to get my wife's name from this profile please. I want to branch out on my own. By the way if any women are interested please message me. This site is so hard for single guys as you will all be aware of

You’re verified as a couple, this means that it’s unlikely that admin will change your profile to a single male.

Why not just do things the easy way? Set up a new email address and use it to create a single male profile
