Just had a quick look on booking.com for private villas in pdi.

They start around £1600 for wc 5 Oct, for 8 people.

10 people they are over £2500. This one looks nice 21 calle mar de escocia.

Also been looking at flights.

Friday 4 Oct from Birmingham is around £210 return and Saturday 5th oct is £340 return.

A suggestion, may be we go Friday to Friday?

BA does direct flights from Heathrow on Saturdays - we are at Venus Star resort 6th 0ct that allows single ladies but no single men so maybe a non starter for your group

I would never do that. Property has outside cams to make sure staff go in when they are meant to but that's it
