Hey all,

I'm pretty new to fab but would love the idea of going to a house party. How does it typically work, is it mainly through invite only as I've only seen one or two people advertising? Or are there ones you can pay to attend?

Well to state the obvious, ideally you’d become a bit ‘known’, via socials and clubs, then the invites should start coming in. We’d be a bit wary about being asked for money to attend a house party beyond a small running costs contribution eg if there’s a pool or something.

Thanks for your reply. I'm going to attend a club for the fort time next week, but just thought the feel of a house would be more comfortable for the first time. Yes I felt a bit uncomfortable paying a high price - I wouldn't mind contributing costs but it was a £100 which I thought was rather steep

Are Real Deal still going? They hold small parties st reasonable prices around your area, or used to.

Er I was thinking more £10 sort of level. If you are being asked for £100 then that is for, er, a different sort of party.

They have a lovely home with hot tub in the garden. Everyone’s dead friendly. a couple of games to break the ice. We had a fantastic time last weekend.
