I really dont want to come across as a moaner but I no I will. now like most blokes I dont get many replys and I am happy when I receive if it's a no thanks I tend to bloke and move on after a thanks for your time kind of message. What I am asking for I guess is a bit of kindness in return. Not just a no or f off which i have had some times. Now I've got that of my hairy chest I'd better get to work.

Imagine having 300 messages in your inbox and having to reply to every one of them? It would become a full time job. So its not being ignorant or disrespectful its just not practical to reply to everyone

I really do understand that and I happily move on from no responses. It's when when they do take the time but are then still rude with it.

Do you reply to every bit of email marketing you receive to say no thanks?

If a message is decent, one of us may reply.

The rest of the time it’s pointless drivel that I/we delete and block.

No I dont reply to all the junk mail I receive and I dont expect replys on fab as I read the faqs when I started. Gow ever if someone does take the time to respond purely for the purpose of being rude and bringing someone down.

A rude reply is often because the original message was seen as sleazy or because the sender doesn’t fit what they asked for. Usually a full read of the profile and seeing if you fit the requirements helps a lot. Fed up of receiving messages from guys “trying their luck”.

I get rude replies when I politely decline offers so I resulted in just deleting messages. If they still don't get the hint, then I block.

Imagine being a female on fab, OP.

Blokes can make this site so hard. I literally had to block someone a minute ago for not reading our profile before sending a sleazy message.

I use to be in a couple profile with a sexy female friend and I understand what these girls and couples are going through. We couldnt keep up so we started just deleting them. We felt bad as our mindset is, " Do onto to others as you want onto yourself".

But I did become to much.

We as guys have to understand the dynamics here. Somehow, we have to catch that girl/couples eye and it is on us guys to make that happen..

I see what your saying and I do try I really do I will continue to try. As I have stated I really dont mind no responses I understand that means they are not intrested. My point really was just when someone goes out of their was to be rude when a bo response would of down I think its hurt full and I no men do it to so this was me having a rant as i was feeling very small. I am off for some sleep have a fab day.

Most of the time when politely declining, the person then tried to start up conversation again by saying thank you for replying etc etc and it gets annoying because you're wasting time on someone you're not interested in!!

Catch their eye somehow, with something funny or read profiles and find a connection. That has worked wonders for me. All you need is a foot in that door and off you go. Keep positive..

A nice "no thanks" would be lovely, but if the m:f ratio were the other way around, I doubt us men would have that courtesy.

Not to mention the time it would take to reply to every message, tedious wouldn't come close to it.
