Put up some pictures on your profile and I can let you know which ones to keep and which ones to get rid of.

May I suggest the dick pick stays private or in your friends pics.

Why not look at other well verified guys pics for inspiration of what might work for you OP? It's what I do when I'm stuck for ideas.

Learning how to use the timer on your phone camera, and the editing software that comes with it, is a good move too.

I might sound weird but half a neck,peck shoulder shot always excites me, there aren’t many but it’s my favourite shot. Look at other profiles for shots you like and create something your own style
