However, are people likely to take this kind of request the wrong way?

What do you mean ‘if they’re a game ?

Verifications really just authenticate a profile. It’s like eBay, no ones going to show a negative review like ‘ he/she/ they were useless at sex so steer clear’

I’ve asked people to do this before now. People hide them for many reasons. Veris are very informative. I wouldn’t meet someone not prepared to publish their veris, if only briefly. I think it’s a reasonable question to ask. If the person refuses, or takes offence, then they’ve answered the question about whether they’d be fun to meet too.

Exactly this. What kind of person do they meet, do they sound like a fuck and go experience or do they sound like they offer more? There’s a lot than can be deduced. No one would read Fever Tree’s veris and think they’d have a boring half hour in a lay-by on the M62 for example.

I display all of my varifications but a few of my meets have left fab , only 3 show but 2 have left , I’ve been accused of being a fake because of this .

Not sure what point your trying to get to.

If your concerned about theft of your private photos then don’t allow access until you trust the person.

To quickly sort the chaff from the wheat we always insist on a telephone conversation - whether it is couples or singles. Fake profiles quickly refuse or go silent.

Of course you can lose a few genuine people with this approach but we find it works in majority of cases.

Not sure what point your trying to get to.

Telephone convo is fine - but all I'm asking is if it's okay to ask to see veris so I have a better idea as to whether the person is real and genuine

As all thing vacations can be faked we do not even bother now most see them as a badge of honour but how many people would actually give a bad one ..

There little to no point to show as long as there more than 3 or 4 should be all good but no guarantee.

I had one person that has a veri summary - yet they got hold of some of my pics and deleted their profile.

Actually seeing the veris can give you a better idea.

Normally I can spot the fakes, but I've been caught out once or twice

True especially if the verification is just by 1 or 2 person. I will then prefer to counter check the verifying profile. If it's hidden, I will be a bit cautious.

There 's nothing wrong with asking for them to make them public. They can always say no.

Mine shows I met a tv. He wasn't a tv when I met him.

One of my verifications seemed to give people the wrong impression about me, so I hid it.

Others attracted requests that I introduce men to my women friends, so I hid them.

I will show all of my verifications, but if they then send the wrong message I'm going to say no.

Shouldn't be a problem as long as you realise that not everyone will be able to show all verificatios. For example some of the people we've met have left the site since so although they still show on the summary - the veris are gone.

I don't show my verifications on my single profile. I have had problems with previous profiles when blokes have messaged men I have met. On my current single profile I did a mmf meet with Mr A and another guy, I got verifed by the other guy, another guy then tried to arrange an mmf with the guy I met and himself. Hence hiding them. I don't care if members don't like it.

I'm happy to meet unverified users. I usually insist on a Kik video call prior to meeting in person. Most don't have any issue with this (plus they then get a webcam veri) x

I'm generally ok with meeting non verified users too

There is just certain times where I feel a bit of extra confirmation would be good

I never display my veris. I never read people’s veris as I have zero interest in what other meets say .

Summary is all I need to see they have had a few meets then my actual decision to meet will purely come from 1/2min video chat to validate we all are who we say we are and pics only really show snapshot. A moving live chat for couple minutes allows me to ascertain it I feel attracted or able to converse .

If someone told me I had to show my veris to please them , simply I would leave it. It’s just a meet and I am not going to worry at all if one stops from progressing because of this . Always more people to meet .

We all use the site to our own methods of requirement and just have to accept that some will just be incompatible

U have a valid reason for not displaying mine but if I'm interested in someone and he asks to see them i have no issue with this.

However if found iv met a guy with amazing verifications and i don't agree with them. So i just get to get to know someone myself and make my mind up x

"We no longer show ours as we've had some other (not so) Fabber, contacting those that we have been with and speaking to them in a way that portrayed us as endorsing them, using our real names but deny doing so every time, we haven't ever done nor ever will do this.

In our view, each fabber needs to earn their own fabs, on their merit alone. We will leave veris for others but that's for the follower (stalker) to discover, rather than use us as a roladex contact book. "

I think that's fair when there's so many fake 'women' profiles.

I always show my veris to people if there's a meet discussed. I want to prove I'm real.

We are currently dabbling with Cuckolding and looking for a BBC bull and/or a couple for FMF in the NW... but we will only narrow are search down to those who have and share there veris! It’s our way of knowing the person understands the swinging dynamic!
