I tried veet on my undercarriage and butt. I almost took myself to casualty. The pain was so intense i couldnt wear clothes for 24 hours. I couldnt pee for longer. I left it on for the time on the instructions showered it off correctly seriously the worse pain i have ever felt apart from my gallstones.

I too have tried veet, I didn’t get on with it, always felt I never caught all the hairs.

But I would strongly advise doing a patch test to avoid and burning or painful experiences. X

Try an ear and nose shaver, the blades are really small, so you won’t snag yourself down below. It takes sometime but the one I use is very safe

Don't fancy the alternatives so use a Philips Bodygroom all in one. Pretty safe and neat, like the vibrations too as I smooth my shaft - works better with a semi lol!

Careful using this stuff not made for sensitive areas will work OK on pubic bone area but will burn the skin between your thighs and you balls as more sensitive skin.

veet cream hurts like a bitch when you burn ya flsps haha... i used it all the time and was amazing but my skin has changed and become so sensitive the last time i used it i walked around with an ice pack down my knickers haha x

Daisy uses veet. It does advise you to try on a small area of skin away from genitals in case you have a reaction. Ouch!

Kate has been having laser for a while now, legs, bikini line, armpits. She swears by it

Wills uses Veet sensitive spray on, not as thick as the tube stuff that you have to spread and works pretty well

I've also had the recommendation of magic powder (the aloe Vera standard one); yet to try it but I have it on good recommendation. Veet is mostly fine for me but it never seems to get everything, and yes I avoid using it on the most intimate of places.

Every body is different though so do a small test first.

I put some witch hazel on my biffins bridge once when it was sore after a long shift in a factory I worked in 20 years ago. Never again! Felt like my arse and bollocks were being sliced with red hot razor blades.....

hair in our never regions is to present to protect us from diseases , as you see German ladies with hairy armpits, No offence to anyone , but yes yes stay in shower longer and get it warm and rub gently caressing all areas, lots of shampoo and cream to make it soft before twin blade accurate under the nuts , or get a fabulous lady to help out and make it a sensuous part of foreplay , Nurse signed out !!!!!!

I can't stand any hair or stubble on my body, so epilate everywhere. I found it more effective than waxing as it lasts longer and it's more thorough plus you don't have to wait for regrowth.

Using hair removal cream can be useful, you might want to do a-patch test first to check for adverse reaction.

The lady performing the procedure said "This will be totally painless for you as you're used to getting waxed and tattooed". Honestly, it was the most horrific pain I've ever felt. I tapped out after 15 minutes. My skin blistered afterwards and was unbearable to touch. I'm considering trying again as I currently spend around £60-£80 a month on waxing. Has anyone had a particular type of laser hair removal that they recommend? X

Ah I think they have come on a long way in the past few years. I can’t speak for myself as I have never had any laser treatment but would definitely consider it if it is pain free. The Soprano Titanium is suppose to be one of the best lasers on the market and has some excellent reviews! But with all these things I guess it comes down to who is using it and how well they can carry out the procedure which might influence if there is any pain or not

Not sure I can name the type, but I go to Skin clinic which is the NHS 3rd party provider. I find them fairly professional and they have clearly invested in the latest equipment. Feel free to PM me if you want more info.

I find using aldi's own purple bottle shower gel works a treat

I find shave gel is quite sensitive and gives a burning sensation where as the shower gel doesn't.

Don't use Veet in the nether regions!

Hot bath, fresh razor, whatever is your preferred shaving gel and taking your time. Cold water afterwards to close up all the pores and then a good moisturiser.

Or as someone else suggested get a friend you really trust to do it for you, but you need to trust them if they are going to be weilding a sharp implement in that region, and remember that they can't feel what they are doing.

Magic powder.

It stinks, and can be a bit of a mare to mix, but it does the job.

As with any cream or powder, there are some things you don't do...

Don't use before testing a finger-sized patch on the crease between legs.

Don't leave on for the recommended time, better to wash off early and have to repeat.

Don't wash the are first... washing cleans away the skins natural oils which could protect sensitive areas.
