Messages at 2 in the morning from two males basically demanding sex, offers of payments (twice this week so far), friend requests and winks from same users over and over again without asking and the ever occuring abusive messages calling ya fake, fat, ugly etc when you turn them down

Probably the most off kilter (unexpected, like you expect the sex stuff) rude thing I've ever encountered here, is this.

Very shortly after I joined Fab I suffered a very serious injury. I wanted to stay and make connections for when I recovered. I took advice and changed my header to "not meeting due to injury". I received a message from a couple (unsolicited) telling me I had no place on Fab if I wasn't meeting, maybe I should try the Samaritans. I didn't message them, I didn't interact with them, I didn't try to trick anyone, I just existed.

I'm sorry I have a real life, shit happens, and I'm not your personal sex bot?

It's probably the same twisted mindset as a flasher in a park or by a playground in some cases, they get a thrill out of shocking / upsetting people. Mostly I'd guess it's down to some kind of dark craving and resentment of people with a positive attitude. They are ate with envy and self loathing and somehow feel temporarily better if they think they have made someone else feel worse.

Yea, if I could get into a state of grace I probably would pity them, but in any state I pity the unfortunate people in their family circles. Most are false and come across as angels on the street, but it's the poor inmates incarcerated by love or duty that truly suffer when their mask is off and hung inside the frontdoor.

No. If people can't work out that people here have dignity and lives, let's not place the blame on a sex themed username on a sexual site.

People do it to me too, with my username about long loose skirted dresses and my profile with no public nudity. They're just arseholes.

I wasn’t going to say something but actually here is probably the BEST place to rant about it.

The rudest thing that happened to me recently was no shows.

Saturday I arranged a birthday gangbang. All arranged by me over 3 months, got 8 guys after loads of time wasters, all confirmed. The morning of I got 1 guy cancel which was fine as at least he gave notice. But then a complete no show for the other 7 guys.

I was absolutely livid. Not only because it’s rude but mostly because even after all my effort finding the guys for the event (for my fricking birthday!!) and each one telling me how excited they were in the days before the meet, but I paid for the hotel room, spent 2 hours getting ready and then an hour sorting water, towels, condoms, lube and arranging the room.

To top it off my partner and I then arranged an evening meet to use the hotel I’d booked and they didn’t show either, followed by yesterday’s meet with a guy I’d been chatting to daily for the last few weeks who also just no showed.

It’s been a week...

Not happened to me on here but in person at a club, people assuming they are hot stuff that everyone wants them, I had a conversation with a girl about the event we were at being busy and I must have recognised her from here so said have we spoke before sure I recognise you and she turned around and said you’re really not my type I don’t do girls, I just smiled stunned and moved on then heard her laughing with the guy she was with. I found it incredibly rude but hilarious she was up her own ass so much. Too many egos here

I think after reading all this there should be a name and shame section. If someone posts, their post could be monitored before it goes live for all to see so noone tries to shame an innocent member. I don’t know how tough it would be for mods to monitor but something has to be done. From our perspective, we had a rude couple right back when we first joined.

People stand each other up, it's a sad fact of life. It's not a new thing and it's certainly not just this site.

You can't force people to meet with you, just like you can't force them to fuck you. But what is shitty is that it's so easy to send someone a message to cancel even if it's last minute, or an apology after the fact, it's really disrespectful not to at least send a message saying 'sorry, it' s not happening'. The only time name and shame would be appropriate IMO would be serious situations involving violent behaviour, harassment or where there's a genuine risk of harm coming to people. Even then the negative effects from the publicity and surrounding gossip could well do more harm than good to the community or the site itself.

Messaging in the context of a forum post is acceptable, unless it is a cover for starting conversation to get round preferences.

If someone has specifics on their profile that they will not meet, it is up to them to be flexible and make exceptions if they like you, not force them to change because you like them...

Anything personal there is no need to be insulting to anyone I’ve heard it go’s on far too much and especially when it’s aimed at ladies because guys have not got their own way!

No shows - I’ve exp this many times sometimes it’s couples and gems but as a gangbang organiser, and as someone woth a swinging partner , how insulting and rude is it to let people down and no show especially without a reasonable explanation,? The rudest thing that happened to me recently was no shows.

Saturday I arranged a birthday gangbang. All arranged by me over 3 months, got 8 guys after loads of time wasters, all confirmed. The morning of I got 1 guy cancel which was fine as at least he gave notice. But then a complete no show for the other 7 guys.

I was absolutely livid. Not only because it’s rude but mostly because even after all my effort finding the guys for the event (for my fricking birthday!!) and each one telling me how excited they were in the days before the meet, but I paid for the hotel room, spent 2 hours getting ready and then an hour sorting water, towels, condoms, lube and arranging the room.

To top it off my partner and I then arranged an evening meet to use the hotel I’d booked and they didn’t show either, followed by yesterday’s meet with a guy I’d been chatting to daily for the last few weeks who also just no showed.

It’s been a week...
