Talk to them, ask questions if they put you at ease and suggest a social in a public place, also tell a trusted friend to go with you or stay nearby and have a safe word.

Talk to them on here. Why are they interested in you? What do they have to offer? What do they propose you do?

If that feels good, meet then in public and see what you make of them. Do they seem trustworthy? Do you like them? Do you want them?

Arrange to meet at a bi night at a club. If you don't get on, then there are other folk about, and you haven't wasted an evening.

There is also more safety for yourself in a club, as any problem, you can shout for help.

Meet with those who you feel most comfortable about and especially when not rushed. There's a fine line between nervousness and excitement - finding your boundary or perhaps moving it, is a personal thing.

You don't have to meet and almost immediately get into sex - consider whether this would relax you better? Or meet out, for a drink/coffee, before being somewhere that you could shag.
