If you log onto the mobile, site as suggested above, there's a tab near the top right. You may get a pop up telling you the site is asking for your location, click yes and Bobs etc.

My holiday hotel is the Dynasty Inn, Sukhumvit Soi 4, Bangkok. The postcode is “10110”, i.e. six numbers. My profile “Postcode” field won’t accept this. Hence the “Who Is Near” app’s requirement to enter locations in words.
