Try not to over think it, its not everyones bag..

This depends how its done, it can be fired down your throat,in which case you dont really taste it,or shot it your mouth and you can then decide whether to swallow or not...

Depending on the givers diet,it can taste sweet or very bitter....

Exactly this A few of my fb's say mine always tastes nice. I have plenty sweet fruit the day of a meet strawberries and pineapple seem to work the best.I also avoid spicy food and garlic the day before. I understand this can make it taste bitter. Hope this helps
