"Over the last 6 months or so I've slowly been losing my mojo, I don't know what's different as such, but once upon a time I could go to club and chatty away to anyone who catches my eye ultimately done amazing nights with lots of play, but now I'm just stumped I don't know what to say or how to approach it's been a while I don't know how to get it back or even what 'it' is has anyone else experienced the same?" I'm sure it will come back, I lost mine a bit when the depression kicked in a few years ago I would say in back to my best but I do have my bad days once ever so often which sort of leaves me feeling pretty much empty. I've also experienced this phenomenon, unlike Austin Powers no time travel is required to get it back. The formula for mojo retrieval is different for everyone but essentially what you need to do is give yourself a break physically and emotionally and do things that make you happy. Tell trusted friends if you want that you're seeking your mojo and ask them where they last saw you with it. If you're also feeling down about your mojo loss you should probably address that too by getting and oxytocin boost. Oxytocin is an elusive little shit so you're going to have to hug a lot of people (or puppies) if you want to boost it. Spring clean your abode, if you're not up to it hire someone. If you're too skint,call in pals to have a cleanup mojo hunting party. Spending time with people you love helps, especially if laughter is involved. Avoid booze as it can obscure mojos. If you want to spend an entire day in your bed watching Disney movies then do it! It will come back soon OP X Til then be good to yourself. | |||

It happens to many you become to naked bodies its like the norm the best thnig is just to take a break for a bit and refresh yourself. | |||

" I don't think men are that different at all - sex drive, or lack of, can impact both genders equally - sometimes it's down to things like the stresses of life, circumstances, relationship pressures, or even simply tiredness - I know I have been through periods where I can take or leave it - there's no magic formula to finding it either - mind tends to pop up when I least expect it. My advice to you OP would be to take some time out, relax and try not to worry too much about it (which tends to exacerbate the problem) when it's ready it'll reappear ![]() | |||
